Job description

Position Overview

The Customer Solutions Associate supports the WAV sales team and customers by ensuring that quotes, sales orders, and requests are completed in a timely, accurate manner. The Customer Solutions Associate will use the WAV CRM system to create quotes, process orders, and manage activity. Your efforts directly support WAV's growth.

Essential Job Functions

  • Promptly respond to customers with courtesy and respect
  • Create quotes and process sales orders
  • Obtain and maintain a proficient understanding of internal systems and processes to increase level of customer service to clients
  • Become and maintain a proficient understanding of technical knowledge of all product lines offered by WAV, attend in-house and supplier trainings
  • Become proficient in the pricing models of all product lines offered by WAV
  • Attend in-house and supplier training
  • Act as support to our internal customers
  • Adhere to and promote WAV fundamentals
  • Support WAV house accounts

Non-essential Job Functions

  • Detail focused and strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter who is independent and proactive
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work in a team environment with a positive attitude.
