In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for repair-related requests, helping customers and service partners move issues forward quickly and efficiently. The position requires strong communication, sound coordination skills, and a service-driven approach to reduce downtime and maintain a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
⢠Receive and coordinate incoming repair and service requests for a wide range of equipment, including company-owned, customer-owned, and third-party assets.
⢠Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal partners to gather details, provide updates, and keep service activities moving on schedule.
⢠Enter service-related information accurately into internal systems and maintain organized records for each request.
⢠Manage work progress from initial intake through completion, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
⢠Schedule service activities and help align repair timelines to support customer operations with minimal disruption.
⢠Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while resolving questions and escalating complex matters when needed.
⢠Monitor open requests closely and follow up with the appropriate parties to drive timely resolution and strong service outcomes.⢠Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar customer-facing position.
⢠Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and attention to detail.
⢠Experience with order entry, service coordination, or administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
⢠Strong scheduling and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests at once.
⢠Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
