Job description

Duration: ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  4 Months
Location: ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Wichita, KS 67202
Shift: ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM (Monโ€“Fri)

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit export documentation for ocean shipments
  • Create and verify Bill of Lading instructions
  • Review sales reports, orders, and SAP data
  • File EEI and Import ISF documentation
  • Coordinate with import brokers and overseas clients
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Census rules
  • Manage Remedy Force and SAP data
  • Resolve customer and shipment issues
  • Communicate shipment details to stakeholders
  • Support import delivery and FDA-related processes

Must Have

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year office experience
  • Strong written and verbal English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good understanding of U.S. and global geography
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed

Nice to Have

  • Associateโ€™s degree
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain
  • Knowledge of Incoterms
  • Experience with SAP, AS400, or GT Nexus
  • Experience in customs or freight forwarding
