In this remote role, you’ll provide outstanding support to clients while helping them plan, book, and enjoy seamless travel experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver top-notch service - Communicate with clients, answer questions, and provide reliable travel guidance
- Plan & book trips - Assist with flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and excursions tailored to client preferences
- Build client relationships - Provide personalized service before, during, and after their travels
- Stay informed - Keep up with travel trends, promotions, and destination insights to offer the best recommendations
- Solve problems quickly - Handle booking issues or travel challenges with proactive solutions
What You Bring
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A passion for travel and helping others explore the world
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
- Must be 18+ with a smartphone or computer
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
