Job Summary
We are seeking a Home Service Professional  to join our team! As a Home Service Professional, you will provide high-quality residential cleaning services that help families enjoy cleaner, healthier, and more comfortable homes. As part of a two-person cleaning team, you will travel to customers' homes using a company vehicle and perform cleaning services according to Molly Maid's proven standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication and customer service skills, and enjoys learning new techniques and methods for cleaning. 

Responsibilities 
  • Perform residential cleaning services according to Molly Maid standards
  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize homes, clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with customers to provide them with an excellent experience
  • Work closely with other team members to complete a common goal
  • Maintain all equipment used, restock cleaning supplies, and overall foster a clean, safe work environment at all times
Qualifications
  • Must pass a background check
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
