What You’ll Do

Our Contact Center supports homeowners scheduling HVAC and Plumbing services. As a Client Services Professional, you set the tone for the entire customer experience.

You will:

  • Lead every interaction with professionalism and empathy

  • Guide customers through scheduling service with confidence and clarity

  • Communicate with compassion when customers are dealing with stressful home issues

  • Use industry-leading software systems to efficiently book appointments, including AI Tools

  • Educate customers on the value of our Maintenance Plans

  • Collaborate with team members to find solutions quickly

  • Take ownership of each call and follow through on commitments

  • Represent the AllTech standard of service in every interaction
