Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LSP with customer service and insurance sales representative to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate will have Allstate Insurance experience in a similar role. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide excellent customer service to policyholders. Also upselling/cross-selling insurance products and services to existing customers/prospects to generate new business to meet sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
- Cross sell products and services
- Assist customers with policy renewals, changes, and cancellations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, company products, and services.
- Generate new business through leads & referral sources.
Qualifications:
- Must hold an active GA Insurance License P&C or Personal Lines (required) OR willing to obtain a Non-resident license in 3 weeks.
- Must have Allstate Insurance sales/service experience (required)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in insurance is a plus.
