We are currently looking for a Chat Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team! You will be the voice behind the chat, assisting AT&T customers with their inquiries and ensuring they receive top-notch assistance in a timely manner.
Your Role Will Include:
  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Resolving issues and providing information about AT&T products and services.
  • Handling customer complaints and questions effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude while managing multiple chat interactions simultaneously.
  • Documenting conversations and ensuring follow-up where necessary.

Requirements
  • Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and clear tone.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in chat support, is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of chat interactions efficiently.
