This is an interview position.
To provide accurate information and assistance to customers requiring direct customer interface. To perform administrative duties necessary for efficient operations. Promotes continued sales and generating potential incremental revenue wherever possible.

CONNAISSANCES, COMPETENCES ET APTITUDES DEMANDEES Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou equivalent. Diplome d'etudes collegiales, de preference.

Une connaissance de la reglementation douaniere canadienne est un atout.

Une connaissance des produits et services FedEx Express et Ground est souhaitable.

Capacite a reussir toutes les formations de base et de remise a niveau.

Doit etre capable de soulever 70 lb (32 kg) et de manuvrer, avec l'equipement approprie, tout colis pesant jusqu'a 150 lb (68 kg).

Doit etre en mesure de completer et d'atteindre les seuils minimaux pour tous les tests et formations obligatoires.

Doit pouvoir fonctionner dans un environnement informatique Windows.

Excellentes competences en relations interpersonnelles et en communication verbale.

Bonnes capacites d'analyse et de resolution de problemes.

Bonnes competences en negociation

Capacite demontree a gerer le stress et a travailler dans un environnement de travail tres exigeant, surveille et en constante evolution.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

High school diploma/equivalent. College diploma preferred

Knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations preferred

Knowledge of FedEx Express and Ground products and services preferred

Ability to successfully complete all basic and recurrency training.

Must have the ability to lift 70 lbs and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment

Must be able to complete and achieve minimum thresholds on any mandatory testing and training

Must be able to operate in a PC windows environment

Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Good analytical and problem solving skills

Good negotiation skills

Demonstrated ability to handle stress and work in a highly pressured, monitored and changing work environment
