Key Responsibilities:


    •    Lead and manage the BDC (Business Development Center) team to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals

    •    Monitor and improve BDC performance metrics such as appointment setting, lead conversion, and customer follow-up

    •    Work closely with sales management to ensure seamless communication and processes between departments

    •    Train and develop BDC team members, fostering a positive and high-performing environment

    •    Analyze customer data and CRM systems to enhance engagement strategies and maximize lead opportunities

    •    Assist in shaping future sales processes, contributing to the dealership’s overall sales growth
