Join Our Team as a Delivery Manager!

HotSpring Spas & Pool Tables in West Fargo ND is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Delivery Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our customers receive the best customer experience possible from start to finish.

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the delivery process, including scheduling, coordinating deliveries, and handling any customer issues or concerns that may arise. Your goal will be to ensure that every customer receives their hot tub, sauna or any product on time and in perfect condition, guaranteeing the best customer experience possible.

We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. Experience in a customer service, manager or delivery role is preferred, but not required.
