Overview:
ROLE: Service Delivery Manager-SAP
LOCATION: Austin, TX

Role Overview
The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of SAP managed services, ensuring SLA compliance, service quality, and continuous improvement across incidents, problems, changes, capacity, and financial management.
Key Requirements
• Strong understanding of SAP landscapes and modules (ECC, S/4HANA, BTP, Fiori, PI/PO, Solution Manager)
• Knowledge of SAP Basis fundamentals including system monitoring, transports, performance, and user/security management
• Experience working with SAP AMS (Application Management Services) environments
• Good understanding of ITIL processes - Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Experience managing SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, and service dashboards
• Ability to coordinate with SAP functional teams, ABAP developers, and Basis teams
• Exposure to SAP Cloud/BTP and hybrid landscapes (preferred)
• Experience managing customer escalations, governance meetings, and service performance reporting
Key Responsibilities
• Manage service governance cadence including weekly/monthly reviews, SLA tracking, and compliance reporting
• Act as the primary customer contact for escalations and relationship management
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes including major incident handling
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party partners
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives, automation, and cost optimization
• Manage service financials including budgets, forecasts, and invoicing
• Maintain risk registers, compliance documentation, and DR/BCP readiness
• Publish service dashboards, executive reports, and performance summaries
