Job description

Serve as a senior creative consultant within a hybrid work model crafting impactful visual narratives and digital experiences using Adobe Premier Pro Adobe Edge Animate and Adobe Photoshop. Partner with cross functional teams to translate complex ideas into compelling multimedia assets.
Location: Remote. Candidate must be in the U.S
Experience: 10+ Years
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $95,000/Year to $130,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities
  • Drive end to end creative concepts for video and multimedia campaigns using Adobe Premier Pro to ensure engaging and coherent storytelling aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Develop visually striking motion graphics and interactive elements using Adobe Edge Animate to enhance user engagement across digital channels and presentations.
  • Create high quality visual designs and layouts in Adobe Photoshop to support marketing assets product visuals and communication materials while maintaining strong brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with strategists marketers and subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear visual narratives that help audiences understand topics with confidence.
  • Guide project teams on creative best practices for hybrid work delivery by defining asset standards file structures and review workflows that support efficient collaboration.
  • Present creative concepts and design rationales to stakeholders in clear and structured formats incorporating feedback thoughtfully while protecting the integrity of the overall creative vision.
  • Optimize multimedia assets for various platforms and formats by adjusting resolution aspect ratios and compression settings to achieve high quality output with reliable performance.
  • Coordinate with production partners and internal operations teams to ensure on time delivery of creative materials that meet technical specifications and accessibility guidelines.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking of industry trends in video production motion design and digital storytelling to continuously elevate creative quality and innovation within the team.
  • Document creative processes templates and style references so that project teams can reuse best practices and maintain a consistent visual identity across initiatives.
  • Support business proposals and client pitches by rapidly producing storyboards mockups and demo videos that articulate the value and societal impact of proposed solutions.
  • Mentor junior creatives by reviewing work suggesting alternative visual approaches and sharing practical tips on efficient use of Adobe Premier Pro Adobe Edge Animate and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Ensure all creative deliverables uphold ethical communication standards and inclusive representation so that content resonates with diverse audiences in a respectful manner.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrate eight to twelve years of progressive experience in creative roles with a strong portfolio that shows expert use of Adobe Premier Pro for video editing and narrative development.
  • Show advanced skill in Adobe Edge Animate by building interactive animations micro interactions and motion assets that enrich user experiences across digital properties.
  • Exhibit deep proficiency in Adobe Photoshop including compositing retouching color correction and layout design applied to real world marketing and communication projects.
  • Bring solid experience working in hybrid environments by managing digital files version control and remote review cycles while sustaining clear and timely communication.
  • Apply knowledge of visual storytelling typography and color theory to create designs that are both aesthetically refined and effective at meeting communication goals.
  • Display strong collaboration and communication abilities that enable productive partnerships with non creative colleagues and help convert business needs into clear visual outputs.

Certifications Required
Adobe Certified Professional in Digital Video Using Adobe Premier Pro or equivalent credential in Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
