Role summary:

This role will be part of our Global Creative Hub team, reporting to the Head of Creative Operations, will closely collaborate with the Commercial Director, a team of designers and developers, and will work internally with in-market teams and externally with clients.

With a focus on integrated and digital marketing, this role will help navigate the details to keep creative for large scale integrated marketing campaigns/projects cost efficient and on time.

The ideal candidate will have a background in account and project management, knows how to navigate the complexities of multiple campaigns at once, thrives under pressure and is an excellent facilitator bridge between the commercial and other operations teams (consulting & media managers) and the creative teams (design and development).

Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with key partners to define, plan and execute cross-functional creative campaigns with a focus on digital marketing
  • Day-to-Day project management, individual project and master calendaring, and inter- and intra-department communication
  • Support the briefing process - help teams identify and record important details and build informed timelines
  • Manage creative resources and work - create and communicate project documents, identify and resolve changes in scope and track tasks against other work in the queue
  • Help streamline workflows across creative teams; processes focused on task, time and file management, approval protocol, and quality control
  • Report status of creative initiatives clearly, consistently and reliably to executive management and team members
  • Lead production on exciting website, app and rich media/dynamic digital advertising projects
  • Meet with clients, both in-person and remotely, to set production strategy and managing production relationship throughout project lifecycle
  • Lead day-to-day communication and project deliverables with internal teams
  • Manage budget and resources to ensure project profitability
  • Scope new projects, including developing budgets, resourcing needs and timelines.
  • Use creative platform knowledge (preferred but not essential - Display & Video 360, Smartly & GMP Studio) to digest client briefs and brief the relevant creative teams, including, design, development and copywriting.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years proven experience producing one or more of the following types of digital projects for major brands or agencies: websites, apps and/or complex rich media/dynamic digital advertising campaigns
  • A thorough understanding of the digital marketing process
  • Understanding of digital creatives (website creatives, social media and display ads)
  • Knowledge of demand-side creative platforms (Display & Video 360, GMP Studio) and creative formats within those platforms
  • Knowledge of paid social media advertising formats
  • Expert in industry-standard project management tools like Basecamp, Jira, Asana, Monday.com etc.
  • Experience in modelling financials for integrated and digital campaigns
  • Skilled at managing timelines and managing client expectations
  • Thorough understanding of English spelling & grammar
