The Creative Producer provides leadership for the creative development of location-based experiences, live shows, and immersive attractions across assigned projects. Partnering closely with Creative Directors, Market Leaders and Executive Leadership, this role sets creative standards, shapes storytelling strategy, and ensures the successful realization of creative vision at scale.
As a creative project leader, the Creative Producer balances artistic leadership, strategic oversight, and organizational alignment-guiding teams, mentoring creative leaders, and ensuring that all experiences meet the highest standards of storytelling, innovation, and guest impact.
Responsibilities:
Creative Vision & Storytelling Leadership
  • Collaborate with the Creative Lead to ensure creative vision, storytelling principles, and experiential frameworks across multiple projects or programs,
  • Guide the development of immersive narratives that align with brand, audience, and business objectives.
  • Ensure creative consistency, quality, innovation, and guest impact across a portfolio of experiences.
  • Oversee creative development from concept through implementation, maintaining creative intent through design, technical development, and production.
  • Provide strategic creative input, evaluating and elevating concepts while balancing artistic ambition with technical and financial realities.

Executive Leadership & Client Partnership
  • Partner with Creative Directors, Executives, and senior leadership to define long-term creative direction.
  • Serve as a key creative partner in decision-making with clients, partners, and internal executives.
  • Represent creative leadership in strategic planning, business development, and client engagement efforts.
  • Build and sustain trusted, long-term client relationships, representing the company with professionalism, confidence, and creativity.
  • Translate client vision and objectives into bold, executable creative strategies.
  • Act as a decision-maker, anticipating challenges, managing expectations, and driving solutions.
  • Support business development efforts by strengthening existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.

Portfolio, Project & Production Oversight
  • Provide oversight across all assigned projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Act as Project Steward during early phases, coordinating creative quality, scope definition, staffing strategies, and greenlighting decisions.
  • Guide project teams from creative ideation through execution in partnership with Project Managers, Technical Directors, and Production Managers.
  • Manages creative team expectations, setting workflows, timelines and delivery alignment.
  • Ensure clear leadership is established across logistics, solution, commercial, and creative functions.
  • Lead risk identification and escalation management, providing executive-level resolution and decision support.
  • Establish effective meeting cadences, project kickoffs and overall project delivery plans.

People Leadership & Culture
  • Serve as the strategic and creative leader for project teams, setting tone, vision, and expectations.
  • Mentor and develop creative producers and creative leaders, fostering accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Build and sustain an inclusive, high-performance culture grounded in storytelling, innovation, and disciplined execution.

Commercial Leadership
  • Partner with Lead Project Management and Project Administration to stay informed of project budgets in alignment with TPP and established financial controls, with Project Management maintaining ownership of budget management and reporting.
  • Align with the Project Manager, who provides regular reporting on project financial health, to support creative teams in making informed creative, scope, and scheduling decisions.
  • Act as a creative and strategic partner in consulting on approaches to achieve the creative vision within budget parameters, balancing artistic ambition with delivery realities while not holding ultimate budget responsibility.
  • Collaborate with project leadership to understand financial status, forecasts, and variances as reported by the Project Manager, helping contextualize financial impacts in service of the creative intent.

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Theater/Technology, Liberal Arts, Entertainment and 5+ years professional experience OR equivalent combination of education (HS Diploma/GED minimum) and professional experience.
  • 5+ years leadership experience in a similar field (e.g. entertainment, experiential, theatrical, or theme park production)
  • Demonstrated success leading creative projects and teams.
  • Ability to work in hybrid arrangement (3 days/week in office)
Creative & Strategic Skills
  • Expertise in immersive storytelling and guest experience design.
  • Understanding of how creative vision intersects with technical, financial, and operational realities.
  • Ability to evaluate, refine, and elevate creative concepts at a strategic level.
  • Visual storytelling skills and abilities.

Communication & Executive Presence
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with executive-level audiences.

Proficiency in Creative Tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other collaboration and project management tools
  • Familiar with creative tools and design software such as Adobe CC, CAD, Miro, Lucid Spark, Keynote and other presentation tools.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new tools, technologies, and production systems.

Salary: $70,000 - $135,000 commensurate with experience.
