Job description

About Studyfetch
StudyFetch is a technology company building AI-native learning products: StudyFetch for students and Honen for workforce training. Together, they connect education with real-world readiness across every stage of learning.
Creative Producer
Location: Beverly Hills, CA (On-Site) | Team: Marketing
About the Role
We're hiring a Creative Producer to join our in-house creative team in Beverly Hills. You'll work alongside our Senior Creative Producer and sit at the center of high-quality content production and distribution: editing animated product videos, producing original brand content, and helping shape what StudyFetch looks and sounds like across every platform we're on.
The standard is high, features ship fast, launch windows are short, and assets need to turn around quickly without sacrificing quality. We need someone who brings precision to the edit, range across formats and platforms, and the speed to keep up with a product team that doesn't slow down. This role requires someone who can animate, shoot, edit, and ideate at a high-level. We use AI tools across the team and expect everyone here to use them fluently, as a multiplier that raises output without cutting corners.
Key Responsibilities
  • Edit and animate product demos and feature launch videos (motion graphics, sound design) built to perform on the platforms our students actually use
  • Produce, film, and edit content shot on behalf of the StudyFetch brand, from raw footage through final export. This content includes commercials, short films, ads, and more
  • Work directly with the product team to create video assets for new releases and platform updates, translating feature announcements into content that drives adoption
  • Contribute to the creative direction of branded content: bring ideas, have a point of view, and help raise the quality of everything the team puts out
  • Reformat deliverables across platforms, aspect ratios, and specs without compromising the final product
  • Catch your own mistakes before anyone else does. Every deliverable goes out clean

What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of professional experience producing video and animated content, ideally for brands or company accounts, not just personal or freelance projects
  • Expert-level proficiency in animated video editing: Jitter, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or equivalent. Animated production is a hard requirement
  • Demonstrated range across video editing, animation, and original content creation. All three, not one or two
  • Expert-level knowledge with cameras, lighting, sound quality, and production setup
  • A portfolio that shows both precision and breadth: clean, polished work across multiple formats and use cases
  • Strong platform instincts: you understand what performs on TikTok vs. LinkedIn vs. YouTube and can make format decisions without being told
  • Experience creating content for brand or company accounts, not just personal projects
  • High attention to detail: clean exports, no errors, and a consistent standard across every deliverable
  • The self-direction to manage your own workload, hit deadlines, and flag blockers early. A track record of fast turnarounds without a drop in quality
  • Collaborative creative style: takes direction well, contributes ideas in a team setting, and makes the work better when in the room
  • Comfortable using AI tools as part of your creative workflow: for ideation, scripting, motion, or production. We are an AI-native company and expect our team to operate that way

What We Offer
  • $70,000 - $110,000 Base Salary
  • Equity
  • 100% employer paid Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 75% dependent coverage
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Daily team dinner provided in-office
  • A high-growth, mission-driven team focused on transforming how students learn
