Job description

We are Indeed Flex. We Help People Get Jobs. Right now, we're hiring!
We are a tech-first staffing platform that gives workers the freedom to choose their own shifts and businesses the power to hire with a click. We are removing the friction from the traditional agency model and replacing it with speed, transparency, and choice.
We operate with the agility and energy of a high-growth scale-up, but we are backed by the stability and resources of Indeed - the world's #1 job site. This gives us a unique advantage: the freedom to innovate at speed, with the muscle to dominate the market.
This is an in-office role, five days per week with the option to work from home on Thursdays.
The Role
Indeed Flex is transforming how people find and access flexible work. The Worker Growth team uses consumer insight, creativity and lifecycle communications to help workers overcome barriers, find opportunities and stay engaged with the platform.
This is a hands-on creative role for someone who combines strong creative instinct, social-first storytelling, and performance marketing. You'll create scroll-stopping, social-first content that people want to watch and share, combining strong video production and editing with supporting graphics when needed. You use performance data, experimentation, and AI-assisted production to explore more ideas, learn quickly, and improve creative effectiveness without compromising quality or authenticity.
What you'll be doing
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential responsibilities and duties of the position.
AI-Forward & Synthetic Creative at Scale
  • Produce high-quality social and performance creative from concept to delivery-primarily short-form video, supported by authentic filming, static assets, and simple motion graphics when the idea calls for them.
  • Use AI-assisted and synthetic creative to rapidly develop, produce, and test different concepts, hooks, formats, and assets.
  • Know when to use synthetic vs. real: produce authentic, captured footage for worker stories and community content where authenticity wins.

Native Social Presence
  • Own the creation of native, trend-aware content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube that builds a genuine following - not repurposed ads.
  • Spot and act on cultural trends fast; turn ideas into published content in hours, not weeks.
  • Creative support for the influencer/champion and worker-generated-content programmes with creative direction and production.

Test, Measure & Optimize
  • Translate audience insight and campaign objectives into paid-social creative and clear, testable hypotheses that balance messaging, authenticity, and commercial impact.
  • Use watch time, retention, engagement, click-through, and conversion signals to improve each iteration and turn winning ideas into repeatable creative systems.

Creative Ownership
  • Own creative projects end to end-from brief and concept through production, campaign setup, testing, analysis, and iteration.
  • Own creative testing in paid-media platforms: Launch tests, monitor results, and rapidly iterate concepts, hooks, formats, and assets.

Collaboration & Ad Hoc
  • Partner with Growth (paid/SEO) and Lifecycle to align creative with funnel needs and supply gaps.
  • Support ad hoc content needs across the business as required.

What you'll need
  • Creative Instinct & Visual Taste: You know how to turn an insight into an original angle, strong hook, and beautifully executed idea.
  • Video Production & Design: You create, film, and edit compelling mobile-first social video using tools such as CapCut, native platform editors, Canva, or Premiere Pro, with the ability to produce supporting graphics and simple motion assets when needed.
  • Performance Creative: You turn audience insight into testable ideas, launch creative tests, and use results to improve each iteration while managing briefs, feedback, and fast-moving workflows.
  • AI-Assisted Production: You confidently use generative AI to create and adapt video, imagery, and voice, producing multiple creative variations for rapid testing. Experience with tools such as Runway, Sora, Firefly, Veo, ElevenLabs, or HeyGen is valued.
  • Native Social Fluency: You live on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube and instinctively know what stops the scroll and earns a follow.
  • Portfolio Required: Your portfolio demonstrates original, high-performing social video, paid creative, creator content, or supporting graphics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • High-level of technical acumen and proficiency to learn and utilize new software and technologies quickly to continuously evolve and improve our tech-driven advantage
  • High-level of analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong drive to investigate, analyze, and resolve simple and complex problems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet conflicting deadlines with minimal direct supervision
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace software suite
  • Highly proficient with utilizing several tools to enable real-time collaboration with a globally distributed workforce such as Miro, Monday, Salesforce, Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, etc
  • A commitment to driving the Indeed Flex mission: to help people get jobs, instantly

What you'll get
  • $75,000 to $95,000 annually
  • Performance-based bonus
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K
  • Access to Company & Employee Benefits
  • 25 days PTO (prorated) + Birthday Off
  • 8 Paid Holidays
  • Duvet days (½ day off every quarter)
  • Volunteer days
