Leverage your creativity to drive successful ad campaigns from kickoff to launch.
RUN Studios and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking an experienced Associate Creative Producer for a 3-month project.
This role is onsite in Seattle, WA 2-3 days per week with the option to be remote 2-3 days per week.
The Associate Creative Producer manages multiple fast-paced advertising campaigns from concept through final delivery, overseeing projects that range from low to high complexity across timelines spanning 5 to 35 days. This role partners closely with internal creative teams - including copywriters, editors, designers, and producers - as well as third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution across every phase of production. In this role, strong organization and communication skills are essential to keeping workflows efficient and teams aligned. From coordinating voiceover casting and recording sessions to maintaining quality control standards, the Associate Creative Producer plays a key role in delivering polished, high-quality creative work on schedule.
As an Associate Creative Producer, You Will
  • Manage multiple campaigns from low complexity to high complexity creative from concept to delivery (5-35 day timelines).
  • Coordinate with internal creatives (copywriters, editors, designers producers) and third-party vendors.
  • Oversee production logistics including voiceover casting, recording sessions, and quality control.
  • Maintain efficient workflows using Smartsheet, Salesforce, and Frame.io (along with file management systems in Box, O365).
  • Ensure creative excellence, on-time delivery, and clear communication with partners.

As an Applicant, You Bring
  • 3-5+ years hands-on experience in creative asset production for advertising or digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects (simple to complex).
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work (portfolio required).
  • Strong creative judgment and post-production expertise.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Bonus if You Have
  • Video production and post-production experience.
  • Audio production background (casting VO, directing talent, recording sessions).
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet, Salesforce, Frame.io, Adobe Suite.
  • Experience with AI tools and emerging technologies in creative production.
  • Tech industry experience.

Compensation
Pay Range: $60.00 - $66.00 (Hourly)
The successful candidate's pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
