Résumé du poste

Le ou la producteur(trice) est responsable de la réussite globale d'une production animée, en veillant à ce que les projets soient livrés dans les délais, dans le respect du budget et selon les plus hauts standards de qualité créative et technique. À titre de principal dirigeant de la production, il ou elle supervise la planification, la budgétisation, l’établissement des échéanciers, la dotation en personnel, les relations avec les clients et les parties prenantes, ainsi que la coordination inter services, du développement jusqu’à la livraison finale. Le ou la producteur(trice) anticipe les défis, met en œuvre des solutions et crée les conditions permettant aux équipes de donner le meilleur d’elles-mêmes.


Qualifications minimales

·      Minimum de 6 années d’expérience en production d’animation, dont une expérience à titre de producteur(trice).

·      Expérience démontrée dans la gestion d’échéanciers, de budgets et d’équipes de production.

·      Excellente compréhension du pipeline de production d’animation 2D Harmony, de l’écriture des scénarios jusqu’à la livraison.

·      Capacité démontrée à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément tout en maintenant les objectifs de qualité, de budget et d’échéancier.

·      Excellentes aptitudes en leadership, en communication, en organisation et en résolution de problèmes.

·      Expérience de travail directe avec des clients, diffuseurs, partenaires et équipes créatives.

·      Maîtrise des outils de gestion de production et de Microsoft Office.

·      Approche collaborative et axée sur les solutions, avec la capacité de travailler efficacement dans un environnement en évolution rapide.

·      La maîtrise des deux langues officielles est considérée comme un atout.

Role Summary

The Producer is responsible for the overall success of an animated production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative and technical standards. As the central leader of the production, the Producer oversees planning, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, client and stakeholder relationships, and cross-department coordination from development through final delivery. The Producer proactively identifies challenges, drives solutions, and creates the conditions that enable teams to perform at their best.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in animation production, including experience in a Producer role.
  • Proven track record managing production schedules, budgets, and teams.
  • Strong understanding of the 2D Harmony animation production pipeline from scripts through delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple priorities while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule objectives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working directly with clients, broadcasters, partners, and creative teams.
  • Proficiency with production management tools and Microsoft Office.
  • A collaborative, solution-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in both official languages is preferred.
