Job description

Build Work That People Talk About.

At Sundae Creative, we craft the brand narratives, campaigns, conversations, and experiences that shape culture.

We're a team of strategists, storytellers, publicists, influencer marketers, event producers, social thinkers, and creatives who believe the best ideas come from curious people who aren't afraid to challenge convention. We move fast, think big, and genuinely enjoy building great work together.

Sundae Creative is one of Canada's fastest-growing brand communications agencies, specializing in public relations, influencer marketing, social storytelling, events and experiential marketing. With offices in Montreal and Toronto, we partner with leading brands across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, wellness, and consumer sectors to create work that earns attention and drives influence.

Our teams are built around expertise, not silos. Brand Communications, Influencer Marketing, Events & Experiential, and Social Media work together seamlessly to deliver integrated strategies that are culturally relevant, insight-driven, and designed to make an impact.

At Sundae Creative, we've built an agency that's ambitious, collaborative, and proudly independent. Being part of the Dulcedo Group gives us another layer of strength: shared expertise, more resources and opportunities that simply amplify what we already do best. It's the best of both worlds!

We're obsessed with raising the bar—for our clients, for our work, and for each other. We value curiosity over ego, initiative over titles, and people who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves and build something exceptional.

At Sundae, we believe growth comes from experience, not just observation.

What You’ll Own As An Account Coordinator - Events & Experiential Marketing

You’ll:

  • Keep projects organized and on track. Maintain timelines, trackers, budgets, calendars, meeting notes, and project files, ensuring action items are clearly communicated and completed on time.
  • Create seamless guest and influencer experiences. Support guest list development, creator and VIP research, RSVP tracking, invitations, and communications while keeping influencer and media databases accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate the details that bring events to life. Research venues, vendors, and suppliers, and assist with shipments, inventory, staffing, travel, gifting, signage, and other event materials.
  • Support smooth onsite execution. Assist with setup, registration, guest arrivals, creator and VIP management, event operations, troubleshooting, and teardown to help deliver a polished experience.
  • Help build meaningful partnerships. Research potential brand partners, maintain partnership trackers, coordinate follow-ups, and support the timely delivery of partner commitments and event assets.
  • Capture results and key learnings. Track attendance, creator participation, social content, and performance metrics, and help prepare post-event reports, recap decks, and supporting materials.
  • Collaborate, contribute, and grow. Work closely with Events, PR, Influencer Marketing, and Social teams while building skills in experiential marketing, client service, guest engagement, and project management.

A Few Things We Look For

You don't need to check every box. Some of our best hires didn't.

We're looking for people who are curious, collaborative, resourceful, and excited to grow. If you're passionate about great work, eager to learn, and believe you can make our team stronger, we encourage you to apply.

  • Agency Experience: You bring 1-2 years of experience in public relations, ideally gained through internships, agency experience, or early career roles where you’ve supported media relations and client accounts.
  • Media Relations: You have experience developing media pitches, building relationships with journalists, and contributing to campaigns that generate meaningful earned media coverage.
  • Organization: You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities while keeping projects moving in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Collaboration: You’re a proactive, solutions-oriented team player who enjoys working closely with others, contributing ideas, and delivering exceptional work together.
  • Growth Mindset: You’re naturally curious about communications, culture, and media, and excited to continue growing your expertise across PR, influencer marketing, and integrated campaigns.
  • Education: A degree or diploma in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is an asset, but we’re equally excited by candidates with relevant experience and a passion for the industry.

Compensation Philosophy

At Sundae Creative, we believe compensation should be transparent, competitive, and reflective of impact.

Every role is supported by clearly defined salary bands based on market benchmarks, internal equity, and the scope of the position. As your responsibilities grow and your impact expands, your compensation should grow alongside them.

We invest in our people through ongoing coaching, meaningful performance conversations, and clearly defined career paths because long-term growth shouldn't happen by accident.

Perks That Support Your Best Work

We believe great work starts with feeling supported—in your career and in your life. Here’s what you can look forward to:

Flexible Time Off: After your first year, you’ll have access to unlimited paid vacation, grounded in trust, accountability, and alignment with your team. During your first year, vacation is accrued based on an annual two-week entitlement.

Early Fridays: Get a head start on your weekend with year-round summer hours—our workday wraps up at 2 p.m. every Friday.

Holiday Closure: Our offices close between Christmas and New Year’s, giving everyone dedicated time to fully unplug, recharge, and enjoy the holidays.

Comprehensive Benefits: After your first month, you’ll have access to medical, dental, and vision coverage designed to support you and your loved ones.
