Are you ready to help bring one of the world's most iconic live service horror games to millions of players? We're currently seeking a Release Manager to join the Dead by Daylight team.
As a Release Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating the certification and release process for Dead by Daylight across multiple platforms. Working closely with Producers, Associate Producers, Marketing, Brand, Live Operations, and external first-party partners, you will ensure that submissions are delivered on time and meet platform requirements. You will help drive submission planning, certification activities, stakeholder communication, and process improvements while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization in a fast-paced live service environment.
In this role you will :
  • Coordinate the submission and certification process for chapters, DLCs, game updates, and other content releases across multiple platforms, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Partner closely with Producers and Associate Producers to create release plans, track milestones, manage risks, and communicate release status to stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with first-party partners for submission-related topics, managing communications and helping resolve certification issues when needed.
  • Oversee platform-specific deliverables, submission requirements, and release documentation while maintaining clear visibility on release readiness.
  • Collaborate with Producers, Associate Producers, Marketing, Brand, Live Operations, to support release planning, chapter and DLCs launches, pricing, regional availability, and launch activities.
  • Contribute to the creation, documentation, and continuous improvement of release management processes and best practices.
What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years of experience in Release Management, Production, Project Coordination, Live Operations, or a related role within the video game or software industry.
  • Experience supporting software, game, DLC, or content releases through structured delivery and certification processes; experience shipping a game is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of first-party platforms and submission tools such as Steamworks, Microsoft Partner Center, PlayStation DevNet/FQAWeb, Nintendo portals, or Epic Online Services.
  • Experience working with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Miro, and Microsoft 365.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced live service environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

  • Contribuer a la creation, a la documentation et a l'amelioration continue des processus et des meilleures pratiques en gestion des lancements.
Ce que nous recherchons:
  • Plus de 5 ans d'experience en gestion des lancements (Release Management), production, coordination de projets, operations Live ou dans un role connexe au sein de l'industrie du jeu video ou du logiciel ;
  • Experience dans l'accompagnement de lancements de logiciels, de jeux, de DLC ou de contenu a travers des processus structures de livraison et de certification ; avoir contribue a la livraison d'un jeu est un atout majeur ;
  • Connaissance des plateformes partenaires et des outils de soumission tels que Steamworks, Microsoft Partner Center, PlayStation DevNet/FQAWeb, les portails Nintendo ou Epic Online Services ;
