Job description

This Role is based in Boise Idaho. Candidate must be available to work in office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Drake Cooper is looking for an Associate Integrated Producer to assist our Production, Post Production, and Business Affairs teams. This role is perfect for someone who loves the creative process, thrives under deadlines, is looking for career growth opportunities, and recognizes that "quick tweak" is rarely actually quick.

Do you color-code your calendars for fun? Do you secretly enjoy production schedules, edit reviews, and keep creative chaos from becoming actual chaos? Are you someone who can talk about frame rates and contracts in the same conversation? Cool. We should talk.

What You'll Do:
  • Ensure seamless execution of integrated productions from kickoff through delivery.
  • Assist with production logistics, schedules, timelines, and vendor coordination
  • Help manage post-production workflows including edit tracking, deliverables, reviews, and approvals
  • Coordinate assets across internal teams, freelancers, and production partners
  • Work with Business Affairs on contracts, usage tracking, talent paperwork, and production documentation
  • Keep projects organized, moving, and generally prevent small fires from becoming large fires
  • Attend meetings, take notes, ask smart questions, and occasionally remind people what day it is
What We're Looking For:
  • 2 years of agency production experience
  • Familiarity with standard post-production workflows and processes
  • Working knowledge of Business Affairs and production paperwork
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects without spontaneously combusting
  • Excellent communication skills and a teamwork mindset
  • Bonus points if you can decipher creative feedback like "make it feel more blue."
Why You'll Like It Here:
  • Collaborative creative environment
  • Opportunity to work across production, post, and business affairs
  • Smart people, good work, minimal ego
  • Boise is underrated, and we're willing to defend that statement
  • Growing opportunities

If you love advertising, storytelling, production workflows, and making the impossible somehow happen by Friday at 4 PM, we'd love to hear from you.

This job is located at our agency headquarters in Boise, Idaho.
