Job Qualifications:
  • Proven 10+ years' experience with SAP HCM in the following areas:
  • Time Evaluation
  • Positive & Negative Time
  • Writing PCR Rules for different types Over Time, Regular Time, Straight Time, Holiday pay etc
  • CATS DB Profile
  • Attendances/Absences configurations
  • Configure rules and Generate Accruals for various Quota's
  • Substitution/Work schedule configuration
  • Expertise in running third party interfaces
  • Experience in KRONOS time keeping system
  • Knowledge of SAP Time Management and privileges configuration
  • Implementation experience with SAP HCM Time Management
  • Work closely in a team environment
  • Must have a good understanding of business processes, system risk, and controls to mitigate system risk
  • Advanced knowledge of application software tools, including presentation, spreadsheet, project management and word processing applications (e.g., Microsoft applications) is required.
  • Strong developed interpersonal, written and verbal skills, including active listening, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms is required.
  • Excellent Functional writing and system documentation skills are required.
  • Prefer 10+ years of functional experience with SAP HCM Time Management

Responsibilities/Tasks
  • Provide application support for SAP HCM Time Management production problems.
  • Maintain and analyze required documentation of requested changes.
  • Develop and maintain SAP Security profiles and authorizations.
  • Proactively identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective actions
  • Support super users with Function Spec's development
  • Support Development team with implementation & unit testing
  • Co-ordinate prioritization meeting (managing service requests priorities)
  • Has a periodic ticket review meeting with local or regional SLA partners;
  • Following the change from initial request through to implementation, and ensuring any roadblocks (approvals, testing) are quickly addressed
  • Translating the business need into a functional requirement which can be actioned as a change request
  • Assessing the documentation and test requirements for the change
  • Updating the functional and test specifications
  • Performing screening or testing as required
  • Confirming the change met customer needs following implementation
