Position Summary: The CRM Consultant is responsible for managing and delivering CRM-focused client engagements from discovery through implementation. This role works directly with clients to assess business needs, configure solutions within Salesforce and HubSpot, and ensure successful adoption through documentation and training. The CRM Consultant collaborates with internal solution engineers, admins, and analysts to design and optimize CRM systems that align with each client's go-to-market objectives, while also supporting project management, process improvement, and stakeholder communication across engagements.

  • Engage directly with clients to understand their business challenges, pain points, and goals. Work with CRM team members to map out solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Configure and build tailored CRM solutions within Salesforce and HubSpot to meet client requirements, ensuring systems align with business objectives.
  • Develop clear process documentation and provide comprehensive training to clients on new processes and systems, ensuring a seamless transition and long-term adoption.
  • Lead operational improvements to enhance clientsโ€™ go-to-market strategies and business initiatives.
  • Analyze data and workflows to identify gaps, prioritize revenue opportunities, and optimize processes.
  • Partner with clients to execute go-to-market strategies, manage projects effectively, and engage senior stakeholders to drive impactful change.


Decision Making Authority: The CRM Consultant does not have the authority to spend or commit company dollars, hire/terminate employees, or approve overtime without the consent of the Vice President of Operations.

Data Integrity/Confidentiality: The CRM Consultant may only copy, download, email, share, or use customer data when it is solely for the customerโ€™s benefit; any other use or removal of data is a violation of company policy, constitutes theft, and may result in immediate termination and legal consequences. The CRM Consultant may also become aware of confidential information related to company decisions, personnel matters, accounts, or financial issues, and is expected to always maintain complete confidentiality. This information may not be discussed or disclosed to co-workers, peers, or subordinates, and if any uncertainty exists regarding the sensitivity of information, the CRM Consultant must seek guidance from their manager before sharing it. Failure to uphold confidentiality may be grounds for termination.


Professionalism & Integrity: The CRM Consultant is expected to professionally represent Concept at all times through strong moral character, sound business judgment, professional appearance, and leading by example. The CRM Consultant must exercise independent judgment when appropriate while also using discretion to determine when input from the Vice President of Operations is necessary.

Qualifications:


  • A track record of meeting measurable goals โ€” client satisfaction rates, project completion timelines, and revenue impacts.
  • Self-awareness and adaptability in client-facing roles โ€“ ability to communicate complex technical details in simple language to clients, and ability to translate simple business requirements into technical details for execution.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage timelines, establish priorities, lean on and work with internal team resources, and maintain budgets effectively.
  • CRM Expertise: Strong experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and HubSpot (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub).
  • Integrations Knowledge: Familiarity with common CRM integrations on the Salesforce AppExchange and HubSpot App Marketplace, as well as the native HubSpotโ€“Salesforce integration. Experience with third-party tools including ZoomInfo, Conga (Composer and CongaSign), Zapier, DLRS, and Jitterbit.
  • Customization & Documentation: Skilled in CRM customization and in creating detailed process documentation and delivering training to ensure effective client onboarding.
  • Client-Focused Communication: Confident and comfortable speaking with business leaders, able to distill complex issues into actionable insights and solutions.
  • Background: Experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, CRM administration, or a similar role, ideally within an agency setting.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of B2B business models and customer-facing teams.
  • Collaborative Approach: A team player with initiative, capable of independently leading projects and engaging with cross-functional teams.
