What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates across high-growth industries including Engineering, Life Sciences, Technology, Construction, and Energy
  • Own your market โ€” identifying hiring needs, pitching solutions, and matching top talent to key opportunities
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from outreach and interviews to offer negotiation and placement
  • Prospect and develop new business partnerships while strengthening existing ones
  • Collaborate with teammates to share insights, celebrate wins, and grow together
