Allegheny-Greenbrier's client, a global business strategy and transformation-focused management consulting firm, has an immediate need for an accomplished corporate development leader with tried-and-true merger, acquisition, and investment modeling experience, preferably in investment banking or management consulting.

Qualifications

Minimally qualified applicants must have:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 5+ years of experience as part of a corporate development team or in investment banking
  • Experience with structuring complex problems and delivering insights and recommendations
  • Ability to perform financial modeling with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information, identify issues, and recommend solutions proactively
  • Ability to prioritize work streams appropriately and move among differing tasks quickly
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
