Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cook Supervisor to lead our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who not only has strong culinary skills, but also thrives in a leadership position. As a Cook Supervisor, you will be responsible for coaching team members, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth, successful shifts that meet operational goals.

Duties
  • Supervise and lead kitchen staff during shifts to ensure efficient operations and high-quality food preparation
  • Coach and develop team members, providing guidance on cooking techniques, safety, and performance standards
  • Run successful shifts by maintaining productivity, quality, and speed of service
  • Ensure all team members follow food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
  • Manage inventory levels, including conducting counts and maintaining accurate records
  • Place and manage truck orders to ensure proper stock levels and minimize waste
  • Collaborate with management to meet daily and weekly performance goals
  • Train new kitchen staff and support ongoing team development
  • Step in as needed to support all kitchen operations during peak hours
