Job description

Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • 1.  ADSKAnnual Compliance Certification
    • Own the annual Autodesk Partner Program compliance cycle from planning through submission and sign-off
    • Track certification requirements (training completions, headcount thresholds, revenue attainment, tool certifications) and maintain a readiness dashboard
    • Coordinate evidence-gathering and submission across Sales, Technical, and HR teams
    • Manage the certification calendar so no deadline is missed; flag risks to leadership with enough lead time to remediate
    • Act as the primary liaison with Autodesk partner program team during certification reviews
  • 2.  SIP(Sales Incentive Program) Management
    • Manage all aspects of ADSK SIP programs: framework understanding, tracking, submissions, and payment follow-up
    • Maintain a real-time SIP tracker covering active submissions, approval status, expected payment dates, and actual receipts
    • Ensure SIP claims are submitted accurately and within Autodesk's deadlines; proactively manage the submission calendar
    • Reconcile SIP payments against submissions and escalate shortfalls promptly
  • Program Frameworks, Notifications & Internal Education
    • Monitor Autodesk Partner Network communications, program policy updates, and framework changes; synthesise and distribute implications to internal stakeholders
    • Build and maintain an internal knowledge base for Autodesk program rules, tiers, incentives, and compliance requirements
    • Design and deliver lightweight training/enablement sessions for Sales, Finance, and Operations teams on ADSK program changes
    • Create SOPs and checklists for all recurring ADSK-related processes (certification, SIP, commission audit) to ensure continuity and scalability
    • Partner with Marketing and Leadership for any co-op or MDF programs administered through ADSK
  • 4.  ResellerAgent Administration
    • Serve as the operational owner for the administration of reseller agents - onboarding, contract management, tier status, and offboarding
    • Maintain a complete, accurate register of reseller agents including contractual terms, active authorisations, and performance status
    • Coordinate with Legal/Compliance on reseller agreement renewals, amendments, and any agent governance requirements (e.g. anti-bribery/anti-corruption checks)
    • Support regional Sales leaders with reseller queries, escalations, and program eligibility questions
    • Track agent performance metrics and produce quarterly reporting for leadership
    • This person will also cover the framework programs of Bluebeam, Chaos and other partnerships decided by Graitec
    • Will be the main point of contact for our partners with regards to program updates
    Responsibilities

    Essential

    • 3-6 years of experience in channel/partner operations, vendor program management, or a closely adjacent RevOps / Sales Ops role within a technology company
    • Direct, hands-on experience working within Autodesk's partner ecosystem - knowledge of the Autodesk Partner Network portal, and ADSK program structures is a strong differentiator
    • Demonstrated experience managing vendor incentive programs: submitting, tracking, and reconciling back-end rebates or sales incentive payments
    • Experience with partner compliance or certification programs - understanding what it means to prepare and submit evidence for annual partner tier reviews
    • Strong operational rigour: able to build and own trackers, SOPs, and reporting frameworks from scratch
    • Confident communicator who can escalate issues externally with vendors and internally across Finance, Sales, and Legal without losing relationships
    • Commercially literate - understands margin, incentive mechanics, and why getting commissions right matters to the business

    Preferred

    • Experience administering EMEA channel/reseller agent relationships - familiarity with distribution agreements, agent governance, and regional partner programme nuances
    • Prior experience at an Autodesk reseller, VAR, distributor, or Autodesk itself
    • Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP/finance tools, and partner portal environments
    • Experience building internal education materials or running enablement sessions on partner programs
    Qualifications

    Attributes

    • Obsessively organised - this role is built on deadlines and detail
    • Self-directed: able to identify what needs doing and do it without being chased
    • Diplomatically persistent - knows when and how to push vendors and internal stakeholders for resolution
    • Naturally curious about how incentive programs are structured and where money may be left on the table
    • Comfortable with ambiguity in a scaling business - can build process where none exists
    Employment Type: FULL_TIME
