With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an uptick in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds that would benefit from expert care is dramatically increasing. As a result, the company is working to provide our differentiated, quality outcomes to as many patients as would benefit through our out-patient clinic partnerships.The Accounting Manager is responsible for hospital-based clinic revenue, billing, collections, and related accounting activities. Ensures accurate revenue recognition, compliance with contractual terms, and effective monitoring of accounts receivable and performance commitments. Provides analysis and insights to support financial and operational decision-making.All Healogics employees must perform their job responsibilities according to all Healogics policies, Hospital policies, as well as to accrediting organizations, federal and state regulation, and to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, as applicable.Essential Functions/Responsibilities:Oversee clinic revenue recognition, billing, and collectionsMaintain and update contractual rates and billing structuresReview and approve invoices; prepare monthly revenue journal entriesAnalyze revenue results and communicate key driversMonitor AR aging, identify, escalate, and resolve billing or collection issues and lead reconciliation processes with centersDrive process improvements and documentation for AR workflowsManage financial impacts of hospital performance agreementsEstimate financial risk and recommend corrective actionsMonitor Medicare fee updates and reimbursement changesEvaluate billing impacts and ensure alignment with requirementsValidate systems, calculations, and reporting accuracyProvide ongoing analysis and insights to leadershipPerforms other duties as requiredRequired Education, Experience and Credentials:Bachelor’s degree in AccountingMinimum four (4) years of accounting experience preferredExperience working within ERP or accounting systemsAdvanced knowledge of ExcelRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Solid understanding of revenue recognition, billing processes, and AR agingPublic accounting experience preferredAbility to prepare journal entries and reconcile revenue/accountsExceptional communication of financial results and billing issues to non-finance partnersHigh precision in calculations, invoices, and financial reporting#LI-RS1This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications: education, experience, geography as well as operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.If you are a current employee, to submit a job application, you need to apply as an internal candidate in Workday via the “Jobs Hub”. #J-18808-Ljbffr
