Job description

Detail-oriented person with excellent communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to deal with multiple contracts and analyze complex data. The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of MS Office; good phone skills; mature and responsible individual who can work independently in the office.

In this role, you will be required to:

  • Be experienced with basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel, and have the ability to learn office-specific systems, as needed
  • Have good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Periodically assist with in-house events
  • Have a customer-oriented approach with all clients
  • Practice outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible to cross-train with other departments, as needed
