JMT is seeking a Contract Support Specialist in the Orlando, FL area. The Contract Support Specialist assists in construction project related duties and exercises independent judgment to make technical decisions on the office aspects of the project. 

Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Assist with MAC entry and review, tracking materials acceptance, progress and final estimates processing and EEO compliance
  • Track the Contractor's progress on work performed
  • Prepare and process construction contract changes such as Work Orders and Supplemental Agreements, coordination with CEI staff and Contractor regarding project issues, maintain site source records for project compliance, etc.)
  • Assist in the development of RFP's, LOR's, ELOI's or additional proposals as needed. Attend seminars and workshops to remain abreast of the latest industry developments. Other duties may be assigned as required to support the project team and corporate staff.
