Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Armonk, NY is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions integrated with SAP enterprise systems. This role combines enterprise architecture, hands-on Salesforce development, integration strategy, and technical leadership to deliver business-critical capabilities across sales, customer, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions
* Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and SAP platforms, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and related enterprise applications
* Establish best practices for Salesforce development, code quality, testing, governance, and DevOps
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
* Design and implement API-led and event-driven integration patterns between Salesforce and SAP environments
* Define error handling, monitoring, logging, and recovery processes for enterprise integrations
* Provide architectural leadership across multiple workstreams and offshore/onshore delivery teams
* Conduct technical design reviews and mentor developers, administrators, and integration engineers
* Support solution delivery through all phases of the SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
Define scalable architecture for:
* Data models
* Security and sharing
* Integration patterns
* Automation frameworks
* Deployment and release management
Develop and review custom Salesforce solutions using:
* Apex
* Lightning Web Components (LWC)

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of Salesforce experience with architecture, design, and implementation leadership
* 3+ years serving as a Salesforce Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or Lead Developer
* Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions supporting large user populations
* Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Deep expertise with:

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
