Welcome to Love's: The Senior Salesforce Administrator is a senior-level contributor responsible for owning, optimizing, and scaling Love's Salesforce Sales Cloud environment. This role delivers a stable, scalable, and secure Salesforce platform that supports sales operations, enhances user experience, and enables data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. 

Job Functions:

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, including users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings
  • Own day-to-day Salesforce operations to ensure platform stability, performance, and data integrity
  • Configure and maintain standard and custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and business processes
  • Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, flows, and automations supporting sales operations and leadership insights
  • Perform regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce seasonal releases and platform updates
  • Manage data imports, exports, cleansing, and ongoing data quality initiatives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality, automation, and integrations
  • Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate requirements into Salesforce solutions
  • Implement and enforce Salesforce best practices for configuration, automation, security, and data governance
  • Support testing, deployment, and change management activities across environments
  • Develop and maintain technical and end-user documentation
  • Train and support users on new features, enhancements, and process changes
  • Leverage AI-powered Salesforce capabilities to automate workflows, enhance insights, and improve productivity
  • Contribute to broader team and enterprise initiatives as needed

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Hard skills: Advanced Salesforce configuration and administration expertise, strong understanding of Salesforce security and access models, expertise in reporting, dashboards, flow, and automation design, strong data modeling and data quality management skills, working knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth, and JSON, experience with CI/CD and deployment tools such as Gearset, ability to recommend and enforce Salesforce and industry best practices
  • Soft skills: Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills, customer-focused, service-oriented mindset, strong organizational and documentation discipline, ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams, strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
