You will partner closely with Architects, Product Managers, and global engineering teams to build scalable, high-performance Salesforce applications that deliver long-term business value.

  • Lead end-to-end technical design and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions

  • Translate architectural vision into scalable, maintainable implementations

  • Drive design decisions balancing performance, governor limits, security, and extensibility

  • Define and evolve enterprise engineering patterns (Apex, LWC, integration frameworks)

2. Engineering Excellence & Governance

  • Establish and enforce coding standards, review practices, and quality benchmarks

  • Provide hands-on code reviews and actively guide developers across teams

  • Drive test automation, CI/CD maturity, and release discipline

  • Proactively manage technical debt, dependencies, and system health

3. Platform Strategy & Innovation

  • Lead adoption of Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI-assisted development tools

  • Evaluate new technologies via POCs, build vs. buy decisions, and technical benchmarking

  • Introduce agentic development workflows to improve engineering velocity

4. Data & Performance Engineering

  • Design and govern scalable data models for large data volumes (LDV)

  • Optimize SOQL, indexing strategies, and transaction performance

  • Ensure high standards of data integrity, security, and compliance

5. Delivery Ownership & Execution

  • Own technical scoping, estimation, and breakdown of complex initiatives

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early in the lifecycle

  • Drive execution across multiple concurrent projects in a global delivery model

6. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Product, Architecture, and Business teams to shape solutions

  • Translate business requirements into clear technical strategies and trade-offs

  • Influence decisions across teams and drive alignment on engineering direction

7. Mentorship & Talent Development

  • Mentor and grow engineers across skill levels

  • Act as a technical anchor and multiplier for the team

  • Contribute to hiring and raising the engineering bar

You're Our Person If...

  • A related technical degree required

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce platform: Apex, LWC, Lightning, Flows, Visualforce

  • Deep understanding of Sales Cloud and end-to-end CRM lifecycle

  • Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven patterns)

  • Proficiency with modern development practices (Git, CI/CD, Agile)

  • Experience with Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, and release management processes

Even Better If...

  • Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI-driven application development

  • Familiarity with agentic development environments (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code)

  • Multiple Salesforce certifications (PD I/II, Application/System Architect)

  • Experience in enterprise-scale SaaS environments

  • Proven track record of delivering scalable, durable systems

Why This Role
