Purpose

Responsible for administration of key account contracts including maintaining supply chain, order entry and follow up, customer relations, and reporting. 

Principal Responsibilities

  • Monitor the supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of our solutions to the customer
  • Analyze and mitigate risk
  • Process orders according to contract specifications 
  • Operate as the point of contact for matters specific to your customers
  • Maintain detailed and organized files to prepare customer reporting as necessary
  • Driver - company vehicle 
  • Daily Delivery to VMI Sites
  • Moves inventory up to 50 pounds

Nature and Scope

This is a position for an excellent communicator who is analytical and detail oriented. He or she must be able to work independently using sound judgment in decision processes. The individual will spend all of their time in a busy office environment, using standard office equipment. They will need to talk/listen, stand, sit, read written instructions/reports, and type often. They occasionally may need to climb stairs, crouch, kneel, and balance. Mental demands include: working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the utmost accuracy, and utilizing problem solving skills daily. Moderate stress may result due to high levels of interruptions during performance, completing deadlines, resolving problems, and organization of multiple tasks. 

Background Experience and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, some college preferred
  • Preferred Aerospace Background and Fastener Product Knowledge
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Basic competency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Power Point
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Valid CA Driver's License
  • Motor Vehicle Record Check
  • No Major Violations
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Willingness to continue training and development to self-enhance personal performance.
