Salary: $17.00 - $20.00

Responsibilities

  • Bill all new and used car deals and post into accounting.
  • Organize all paperwork in each deal, check for accuracy and completeness.
  • Process pay-off checks for trade-ins and mail to appropriate financial institutions.
  • Route paid deals to the title clerk as soon as money is received.
  • Reconciling schedules.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in automotive dealership accounting a plus
  • Knowledge of Dealership DMS, preferably CDK a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Good social and interpersonal skills
