Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contracts Clerk with experience in automotive sales contracts to join our team at Envision Motors of Milpitas. The Contracts Clerk will play a crucial role in facilitating the sale of vehicles by ensuring all documentation and legal paperwork related to vehicle purchases are accurately processed and compliant with dealership and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process legal documents related to vehicle sales transactions, including sales contracts, lease agreements, and financing paperwork.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of all contract documents, ensuring they comply with dealership policies and legal regulations.
  • Collaborate with sales team members, finance managers, and customers to facilitate smooth and timely completion of contracts.
  • Review credit applications and assist in obtaining necessary financial approvals.
