Job description

We are seeking a Title Clerk to become an integral part of our team! You must have previous title clerk experience! You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and post car deals accurately and efficiently
  • Process title work accurately and efficiently
  • Partner with the sales team to collect or correct necessary documentation
  • Review bank contracts and deal paperwork for compliance
  • Accounting work as necessary
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in billing and/or titling required
  • Experience in data entry
  • CoxAutomotive experience is a bonus
  • Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
