Bonjour, Je suis Leila, Conseillère en recrutement chez Fed Supply, spécialiste du recrutement temporaire et permanent dans les domaines de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, de la logistique, du transport et du service client. Je recrute actuellement un(e) Administrateur(trice) en approvisionnement pour l’un de mes clients situé à Laval. Il s’agit d’un mandat d’environ 12 à 16 mois, avec possibilité d’évolution vers un poste permanent selon les opportunités futures. Vous aimez autant négocier avec les fournisseurs qu’analyser les stocks et anticiper les besoins ? Vous recherchez un poste polyvalent où vous pourrez avoir un impact concret sur les opérations ? Cette opportunité pourrait vous intéresser. Mission Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de différents volets liés aux achats indirects, à l’approvisionnement et à la gestion des stocks. Vos principales responsabilités seront de : Gérer les achats et le réapprovisionnement de différentes fournitures nécessaires aux opérations; Négocier les prix, frais et conditions auprès des fournisseurs; Identifier et développer de nouveaux fournisseurs; Rechercher des alternatives permettant d’optimiser les coûts d’approvisionnement; Comparer différentes options d’approvisionnement, au niveau local comme international; Maintenir à jour les informations fournisseurs et les coûts; Vérifier la concordance entre les bons de commande et les factures; Analyser la consommation et anticiper les besoins de réapprovisionnement; Maintenir des niveaux de stocks adaptés aux besoins opérationnels; Prendre en compte les délais et calendriers logistiques dans la planification des achats; Participer et coordonner les inventaires mensuels; Maintenir les bases de données d’inventaire et de prix; Répondre aux demandes des différentes équipes internes; Produire des rapports mensuels liés aux stocks et aux achats; Identifier des opportunités d’amélioration des processus d’approvisionnement. Votre profil Minimum de 2 années d’expérience en achats ou approvisionnement; Expérience en achats indirects fortement appréciée; Bonne expérience en gestion et suivi des stocks; Aisance dans la négociation avec les fournisseurs; Bonne capacité d’analyse et aptitude à identifier des opportunités d’économies; Maîtrise intermédiaire d’Excel, notamment les tableaux croisés dynamiques et fonctions de recherche; Expérience avec un outil de gestion des stocks; Excellente organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément; Profil autonome, dynamique, rigoureux et à l’aise dans un environnement collaboratif. Langues L’anglais est utilisé quotidiennement dans l’environnement de travail. Un bon niveau de français est également nécessaire afin de pouvoir communiquer de manière autonome avec des fournisseurs francophones au Québec.
