Position Overview

LRS Federal is seeking a qualified Construction Project Manager to join our team in Whiteriver, AZ. This position will be responsible for leading construction and Design/Build projects from planning through final execution for a federal healthcare system. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in project delivery, schedule management, cost control, and stakeholder coordination on complex facilities, ensuring strict compliance with client expectations and safety standards. Extra points for any hospital or healthcare related experience or certifications


Qualification Requirements

Minimum Education & Experience

  • Education / Alternate Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
    • OR a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible construction project management experience (subject to Government approval) in lieu of a degree.
  • Years of Experience: Minimum of 7 years of verifiable experience managing construction or renovation projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
  • Track Record: Must have successfully served as the primary Project Manager on at least three (3) projects of similar size and complexity.
  • Specialized Experience: Experience with healthcare facilities or similarly regulated environments is preferred.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
  • Certified Healthcare Construction (CHC)
  • Professional Engineer (PE)
