Position Summary:As a Content Developer on our training team, you will create impactful learning solutions for the Revenue Team by identifying key skill gaps and opportunities. The Content Developer will design high-quality training curriculum tailored to enhance essential knowledge and skills, driving improved revenue performance, productivity, and directly support company growth.
What You'll Do:
  • Developinteractive training exercises and courses for both live presentation and e-learning to increase therevenue's teammastery of key skill sets
  • Keep current ontraining trends, developments, and best practices
  • Learn and understand the SPS Sales Model
  • Ability to translate changes in products/ technology into relevant trainingmaterial.
  • Develop training forrevenueteam on how to explain complex product information to non-technical audiences
  • Commitment to a collaborative environment with professionalism, integrity, passion, and accountability
  • Collaborate often with theRevenueLeaders and SMEsand other departments
  • Ability to prioritize workload and optimally balance competing prioritiestomeet goals

Where You'll Work:
This role is hybrid out of our headquarters in Minneapolis, MN, about 3 days a week. We Succeed Together through in-person collaboration, balanced with remote work to provide flexibility.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years related experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Experience incorporate training environment with afocusonRevenue training
  • Demonstrated experience managing medium projects directly and through others
  • Excellent written and verbal skills/ability to communicate well across diverse teams
  • Comfort with learning management systems (Workdaypreferred), data,and analytics to provide insightontraining opportunities
