What We Are Looking For:

The Content Production Specialist will own the production and delivery of high-quality financial education content, from product demos to conceptual market learning across multiple formats and platforms. The position involves creating graphic designs, motion graphics, and professional video editing. Experience and confidence using AI tools in content creation is essential. The candidate will analyze creative briefs and autonomously produce solutions.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking initiative, collaborating in a team environment, and will have the ability to contribute new and creative ideas as projects arise. They will be responsible for documenting all production processes and be solution-minded in identifying areas to improve content quality and team efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Produce high-quality educational videos and visual content including motion graphics, animations, visual elements, and templates across multiple formats, applying both traditional and AI-assisted production techniques
  • Edit webinar and live event recordings to professional standards, ensuring quality and compliance
  • Create and design collateral including articles, agendas, branded layouts, and step-by-step help documentation
  • Collaborate with the team to propose optimal display solutions for educational content on client-facing platforms, including mockups and layout recommendations
  • Research and propose emerging AI tools and production methods to improve workflow efficiency and quality across the team
  • Collaborating with external departments (marketing, product, etc.) on content projects and handoffs
  • Independently develop visual concepts and production approaches from creative brief, bringing solutions to the review process without directional input
  • Reviews own work critically before each submission, verifying accuracy and correct implementation of feedback

  • Hands-on experience with AI content creation tools (ElevenLabs, Descript, Adobe Firefly, and Claude, or comparable platforms)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of or experience with financial markets and trading concepts preferred
  • Experience with content management systems or web publishing platforms (such as Contentstack or comparable CMS tools) preferred
  • Experience working in Agile or sprint-based team environments preferred
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years in motion graphics, video editing, and professional content creation
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
