About the Opportunity

A growing construction contractor on the north side of Indianapolis is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accounting and financial operations. This position will partner closely with ownership and operations to drive profitability, cash flow, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all accounting functions, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger
  • Manage job costing, WIP reporting, and project profitability analysis
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow forecasts
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and year-end audit/tax coordination
  • Ensure compliance with construction accounting, insurance, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain internal controls and financial processes
  • Support leadership with financial insights and decision-making
