Das Unternehmen befindet sich in einer Transformations- und Wachstumsphase und benotigt eine starke finanzielle Steuerung, ein professionelles Liquiditats- und Cash Management sowie ein leistungsfahiges Controlling-Setup zur Unterstutzung des operativen und strategischen Fortschritts.

In dieser Schlusselposition stellen Sie sicher, dass das Unternehmen jederzeit uber eine transparente Liquiditatssteuerung sowie prazise Finanz- und Steuerungsinformationen verfugt. Sie sorgen fur eine belastbare Cashflow- und Working-Capital-Planung, steuern die Beziehungen zu Banken und Finanzierungspartnern und entwickeln gleichzeitig die Controlling- und Reportinginstrumente konsequent weiter. Ihre Aufgaben

Treasury Management

  • Verantwortung fur das gruppenweite Cash- und Liquiditatsmanagement inklusive kurz-, mittel- und langfristiger Liquiditatsplanung
  • Steuerung und Optimierung von Working Capital, Zahlungsverkehr und Cash Pooling
  • Management der Bankbeziehungen sowie Ansprechpartner fur Finanzierungspartner, Wirtschaftsprufer und Investoren
  • Uberwachung von Kreditlinien, Covenants und Finanzierungsstrukturen sowie Unterstutzung bei Refinanzierungs- und Finanzierungsprojekten
  • Steuerung von Wahrungs-, Zins- und Kontrahentenrisiken inkl. Auswahl und Einsatz geeigneter Absicherungsinstrument

Controlling & Leistungssteuerung

  • Weiterentwicklung des KPI- und Reporting Systems mit besonderem Fokus auf finanzielle Steuerungsgroen (Cashflow, Working Capital, Profitabilitat)
  • Unterstutzung bei Budgetierung, Forecasting und integrierter Finanzplanung (GuV, Bilanz, Cashflow)
  • Durchfuhrung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Abweichungsanalysen und Ad-hoc-Auswertungen
  • Erstellung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung des internen und externen Reportings an Geschaftsfuhrung und Gesellschafter

Reporting & Rechnungswesen

  • Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlussen nach HGB und IFRS, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Cash-, Finanzierungs- und Treasury-Themen
  • Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Darstellung von Finanz- und Liquiditatskennzahlen im Reporting

Business Partnering

  • Sparringspartner fur Geschaftsfuhrung, CFO sowie fur Vertrieb in allen finanz-in allen Controlling und liquiditatsrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Business Cases und Investitionsrechnungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finance oder eines vergleichbaren finanzwirtschaftlichen Studiengangs
  • Mehrjahrige Berufserfahrung im Treasury und/oder Controlling, idealerweise in einem internationalen Industrieumfeld oder im PE-gepragten Mittelstand
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Cash Management, Liquiditatsplanung, Working Capital und Finanzierungsstrukturen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in HGB; weiterfuhrende Kenntnisse in IFRS sind von Vorteil
  • Starkes Verstandnis fur Cash-, Kosten-, Margen- und Performance-Treiber
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen sowie idealerweise mit Treasury- bzw. Banking-Systemen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
