Primary Job Duties
- Oversee all accounting functions for the organization.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior management.
- Manage the budgeting process and financial forecasting.
- Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of reporting to owners.
- Monitor and manage monthly tasks such as bank recs completion.
