Primary Job Duties

  • Oversee all accounting functions for the organization.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior management.
  • Manage the budgeting process and financial forecasting.
  • Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of reporting to owners.
  • Monitor and manage monthly tasks such as bank recs completion.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
