Key Responsibilities for the Plant Controller:
• Lead plant-level accounting and financial reporting activities.
• Maintain and manage the standard cost system for materials, labor, and overhead.
• Analyze manufacturing, labor, inventory, and overhead variances and communicate findings to leadership.
• Oversee month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Monitor raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory while ensuring accurate inventory valuation.
• Lead physical inventories, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations.
• Partner with operations on cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements.
