Consignment Manager
Description

Where the Chemistry Happens:
The primary function of the Consignment Manager is to work closely with the business leaders and Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain and suppliers to manage all consignment accounts for Chemetall/BASF.
Formula for Success:
  • Facilitate and oversee contract management processes for consignment accounts with support from Legal
  • Implement and manage processes to collect, measure and track relevant metrics in order to assess contract compliance with key contract terms and conditions for all contracts, including product inventory tracking
  • Develop and manage the contract renewal process evaluating account profitability
  • Develop and manage the expiration notification process for all contracts
  • Develop thorough knowledge and understanding of each contract; act as the single point of contact for all contract inquiries regarding terms and conditions, obligations, compliance, products, services, rights and deliverables for each contract
  • Develop contract portfolio metrics, including key usage and profitability
  • Assist in identification of reporting tools/solutions to automate contract management reporting and tracking
  • Reconcile inventory between customer and SAP
  • Perform inventory audit one per year

  • Must have proven ability to gather, extract, organize, analyze, and interpret detailed data from a variety of sources

  • Warehouse management experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related majors

Salary Range- $95,000-110,000
