UC Health is an EEO employer. Human Resource Information Systems Manager is responsible for managing IS&T staff to achieve the organizational goals of UCHealth and the IS&T department. Ensures team performance, resource utilization, and operational outcomes align with strategic priorities.

The Human Resource Information Systems Manager leads and manages IS&T staff to support the strategic and operational goals of UCHealth. This role focuses on driving operational efficiency and quality through measurable metrics, while applying industry insight and technical expertise to enhance service value. The manager fosters strong relationships across UCHealth and with key stakeholders, building a deep understanding of business needs and positioning IS&T as a trusted partner.

Responsibilities include overseeing workload and process improvements using established PMO tools, effectively allocating resources, and ensuring team members have the skills and development opportunities needed to succeed. The role also emphasizes ongoing performance management, goal setting, and coaching to support both individual and team performance. Responsibilities Ensure the team executes daily work effectively and completes all required documentation, configuration, testing, and migration activities in accordance with UCHealth policies and standards.

Support the research and development of the Human Resources strategic plan by identifying, evaluating, and recommending new options and solutions to advance organizational capabilities. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Five to ten years of experience supporting Human Resource Information Systems, along with prior experience managing a Human Resource Information Systems team.

The candidate may be required to work on-site at a UCHealth location as needed. Prior experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud is preferred. Apply.
