Job description

Cosmetics Compounder

Pay: $20-21 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time | Overtime Available

Join a growing beauty and cosmetics manufacturer! We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cosmetics Compounder to prepare, weigh, and mix raw materials used in the production of high-quality beauty and personal care products.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately weigh and measure raw materials according to batch records and formulas
  • Mix and compound cosmetic products following established procedures
  • Operate blending, mixing, and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Monitor batches to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with specifications
  • Complete batch records and production documentation accurately
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to GMP standards
  • Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
  • Assist with material handling, inventory control, and production support as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Compounder, Batch Maker, Mixer, or Manufacturing Operator preferred
  • Experience in cosmetics, skincare, beauty, personal care, food, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing highly preferred
  • Ability to read and follow formulas, batch sheets, and SOPs
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic math skills and experience working with weights and measurements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Forklift experience is a plus
