Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Compounder to join our manufacturing team in Dracut, MA. This temp-to-permanent opportunity offers steady first-shift hours and the chance to grow with a reputable organization. The Compounder will be responsible for accurately preparing chemical batches while following all safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret work orders, batch sheets, and formulas accurately
  • Weigh and measure chemicals to prepare batches according to specifications
  • Operate mixers and related equipment as needed
  • Follow all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and quality procedures
  • Work collaboratively with Machine Operators and production staff
  • Lift and/or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Basic math skills for measuring and weighing materials
  • Must be able to complete respirator training prior to starting
  • Must pass a drug screen and background check
  • No Beards/Facial hair.

Physical & Safety Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
